Duo 2 Men's table knives "Savik" by Guy Savoy and Bruno Moretti for Tarrerias Bonjean
“Savik” table knives
Designer Bruno Moretti thought of it: "radical" to return to the source of the knife, "elementary" so that the simplicity of its form highlights the high technology of its manufacture, "archetypal" to be as accurate as possible to the expression of the knife.
And then there is "Ulu" and "Savik"! The Inuit, in the white vastness and extreme cold, have always intended a knife for men, "Savik", and a knife for women, "Ulu". It will now be the same at the Restaurant Guy Savoy because the way to grab a knife is different for men and women, even if they do not live at minus fifty degrees!

Two ranges of knives have emerged
The result of observation and reflection by the Guy Savoy - Bruno Moretti duo, high-level technologies, know-how and the industrial production capacity of Tarrerias Bonjean, two ranges of knives have emerged: the "Ulu and Savik" table knives on the one hand, and the "de Thau" kitchen knives on the other.

Discover our range of knives
The “Ulu and Savik” range of table knives corresponds to Guy Savoy’s desire to establish continuity between the kitchen and the dining room, the two worlds having to respond to each other.
The “de Thau” range of kitchen knives combines aesthetic qualities with comfort at work. It is intended for cooking enthusiasts, professionals or amateurs.
An elegant object
This knife with a "well-tempered" blade, according to a long process that gives the steel blade strength and flexibility. But it is also designed as an elegant object, which hides its fixing points, bears an engraved number, and surprisingly rests on the edge. And its handle softens the angles! Made of carbon, it is so pleasant to the touch, so soft, so polished... so elegant!
A technical tool
The blades are made of Alenox steel and the handles are made of carbon fiber. This aesthetic and modern concept demonstrates the know-how and technical excellence of the TB group (cutler since 1648). The assembly is the result of the alliance of high technology and the hand of man. These knives, offered for sale, are strictly identical to the knives present in the prestigious restaurants "Guy Savoy” at the Monnaie de Paris and at Caesars Palace (US).
